A hard chapter doesn’t mean you’re failing.

You can be successful and still feel like you can’t do anything right. Both are true – that’s not a contradiction.

COACHING & SUPPORT

This isn’t something you have to do by yourself.

Asking for help isn’t a weakness; it’s what successful people do. They know their strengths, and they know when to seek support from someone else.

Sometimes you have to be held, to behold.

Welcome. I’m Farrah.

I started in the corporate world because it was the most direct path to the kind of success I thought I wanted. Something about it never felt right, even after having received all the accolades and promotions.

What pulled me forward was curiosity about people, society and systems. The nuances of why some things work and others stall. The unspoken language and rules that are never black and white. That curiosity led me to higher education: administration, research, and then university clinical settings. Eventually, I went back to graduate school to do the work that was most reflective of who I am: sitting across from people directly, connecting, and learning. Getting the honor to bear witness to their experience.

This is still how I work today. Not as the expert, but a guide for you as the expert of your own life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LISW) with a Master of Clinical Social Work (MSW) and MBA studies concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. These credentials are the structure that has trained and licensed me to practice ethically. The actual work is showing up for the person in front of me, whoever you are, wherever you are starting from.
