MEDIATION · FACT FINDING · DISPUTE RESOLUTION
A neutral space to work through conflict, not around it.
A structured alternative to litigation, built around real conversation instead of a ruling. Facilitative, evaluative, or transformative, the approach shifts based on what the situation calls for. Both sides get heard, and the resolution is one they build together, on their own terms.

Expertise suited to keep you in control of the outcome.
Legal disputes rarely stay contained to one issue. A custody case touches communication, family dynamics, and sometimes workplace or financial pressure all at once. Effective resolution means understanding the full picture, not just the legal one, and doing so with clear ethical standards and legal clarity throughout.
Neutral. Structured. Solutions-focused.
Neutral. Structured. Solutions-focused.My approach is built at the intersection of organizational psychology, OMBUDS International training, and clinical social work. Mediation is the primary focus of this work, alongside broader forensic services for cases that call for it. That combination is what makes it possible to help people resolve conflict, not just avoid it.
A confidential, neutral process built on fairness. Facilitative mediation is the most common approach, though not every situation calls for the same method:
FACILITATIVE
Guiding the process while both sides reach their own conclusion. Solutions-focused and neutral.
EVALUATIVE
A more active approach, offering perspective on how the case might play out in court to help both sides toward a conclusion.
TRANSFORMATIVE
Focused on discussing impact and rebuilding understanding, not just settlement.
Clients typically commit to three or more sessions, depending on complexity.

Most people arrive here through a referral, often from an attorney who’s already identified this as the right next step. Every situation is different, which is why support here isn't one-size-fits-all.

I’m Farrah.
Before this work, I spent years in corporate settings and higher education, working alongside attorneys and executives, including a front-row seat at an IPO. That experience shaped how I understand people operating under pressure, in organizations, in families, and especially in high-stakes moments where the outcome matters.
My background in master’s level organizational psychology study and OMBUDS training, combined with my clinical social work practice, is what led me to this work. I bring the same care, clinical rigor and ethical standards to fact finding, dispute resolution, and forensic evaluation. Providing accuracy and professionalism without exception.
Grounded, neutral, and focused on solutions that stay.
