You’ve pushed hard, achieved a lot, and probably have more insight and hacks than the people who write about them. None of it is working right now.
You've pushed hard, achieved a lot, and probably know more productivity hacks than most people who write about them. None of it sticks.
That's not about discipline. It's about building something that actually fits how you work.
I partner with people navigating high expectations and real transitions, building a plan around how you actually think, work and live, not a system copied from someone else.
That’s not a lack of discipline. It’s the need to reset and build something that actually fits how you work.
I partner with people navigating high expectations and challenging transitions, building a plan around how you actually think, work and live, not a system copied that works for someone else. Coaching means silencing the hustle, finding clarity, and gaining the momentum to reach a more authentic version of success.
Finding Your Footing
Whether it’s the start of a new career or just being on your own for the first time, the structure that used to hold everything together is gone. You’re figuring out how to build your own outline and identity in this new phase. It’s both exciting and exhausting.
More to Carry, Less Room to Drop It
School, work, family, other people’s expectations, they all want a piece of your attention at once – and you’ve gotten good at giving it to all of them. That’s not sustainable. Some of you are doing this while also managing ADHD. All of you deserve a plan that feels right to you.
COMMON GOALS
You don't have to have this figured out alone. Let's build a plan that actually works for you, not someone else's version of what should work.
You don't have to figure this out alone. Let's build a plan that actually works for you, not someone else's version of what your life should be.
-
You often feel paralyzed. A million things you know you need to do and yet you don’t know where to start. This isn’t about not caring enough - everything mounting is important to you. It’s about a brain that runs on urgency and interest, not deadlines. Let’s build a plan that finally works with you, not against you.
-
Imagine a week where you feel rested and engaged. Your effort is paced throughout the week, and not just on whatever’s the loudest or most urgent to complete that day.
-
Not someone telling you what to do, someone standing with you while you own the plan. Accountability stops feeling like pressure and starts feeling like the support you genuinely want. Someone in it with you to understand, collaborate, and celebrate.
-
Learn how to effectively communicate in high pressure settings and social circles. Let’s get comfortable with communicating your thoughts and needs while working to navigate others timelines and perspectives.
-
You don’t have to figure out every system alone. Together, we’ll identify the right people, tools and support available to you – and actually start using them.
-
A plan that holds school, work, family, fun, and everything in between, with space to breathe.
I sit in the middle of care for college students and their families, working to eliminate common barriers for those managing their mental health or complex health issues while trying to keep up the expectations of college life.
Consistency. Advocacy. Extensive Referrals. Unwavering Support.
A big picture approach to connected care.
PRIVATE CASE MANAGEMENT & CARE COORDINATION
Good care rarely lives in one place. Someone still has to connect the dots.
I sit in the middle of care for college students and their families, making sure the psychiatrist knows what the nutritionist knows, that the academic advisor and the housing office aren’t working from two different pictures of the same person.
With your consent, I stay in touch with the key people on your support team so everyone’s actually working toward the same thing. Fewer gaps, less repeating your story to five different offices, more care that’s actually connected.
With your consent, I stay in touch with the key people on your support team to ensure that everyone’s working toward the same goals. Making sure the healthcare providers from home integrate with your new area providers, that the nutritionist knows what the physical therapist knows, or that the academic resource center is working with the housing office to meet your accommodations. Fewer gaps, less repeating your story over and over. Personalized support for you while helping you develop the skills needed to manage the moving parts on your own.
A collaborative, managed network of care. A beacon of support for you.

SCOPE OF SUPPORT
What Coaching Is:
Future Oriented. Coaching is focused on current circumstances and future goals rather than healing past trauma
Action-Driven. Uses specific strategies to build action steps.
Accountability. Provides regular check-ins to track progress, sustain momentum, and adjust plans.
Common Areas. Coaching can overlap in many areas of your life including school work, healthy habits, relationships, and self-fulfillment.
What Coaching is Not:
Therapy. Coaching isn’t about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. When those needs come up, connecting to the right mental health resources comes first.
Academic Advising or Tutoring. Coaching builds study habits and time management skills, not class schedules or course selection.
Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice. Coaching does not involve medical, legal, or financial advice. Those conversations belong with the right licensed professional.
Personal Responsibility. Tools, encouragement, and accountability are all part of the process. Progress still comes from your own effort.
Investment:
Coaching prices are determined by the scope of your needs. Clients pay per session or purchase a discounted package. Coaching is not covered by insurance. After a discovery call, a package will be customized based on your needs and budget for you to review.
Hi, I’m Farrah.
I took the most direct path available to me: corporate, then a front-row seat to an IPO, working alongside attorneys and executives who seemed to have it all figured out. Collecting the promotions and accolades was supposed to mean I’d made it. It looked good on paper, but it just didn’t feel like me. What actually mattered to me was understanding how people and systems work, and building something real with that understanding. That’s what sent me back to graduate school for my Master’s in Social Work.
The entrepreneurial side of me never quite settled. Eventually, that led to me co-found Granville Counseling Collective, a group practice built to expand mental health access in the community. In my work as a coach, and as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, I work with college students figuring out who they are, adults navigating their second or third act of life, and small business owners building something of their own.
Coaching is where all of that becomes practical, built around you.
Let’s talk it through.
Coaching is customized to what you actually need, whether that’s a single consultation or ongoing support. We’ll start with a low-pressure, 15-minute call to talk through what you’re navigating and figure out if this is the right fit.
